Nautiraid specialises in the design of airtight and waterproof bags drybags.
These bags are intended for keeping dry various equipment or weapons so that can be transported or stored under water before being used ashore. They can also be used in mountainous or desert regions and will protect your equipment from the snow or sand.
Our bags are manufactured in their entirety in our workshops in Vaiges, in Mayenne. Any materials we use undergo a
very rigorous selection process
and the expertise and know-how of our teams guarantee that the bags we manufacture have a perfect seal and are extremely hardwearing.
Materials:
- The fabric used is a canvas polyester 10 x
10 of 1670 Dtex coated with
polychloroprene (Hypalon) on the inside
and with a highly tear-resistant outside that is also resistant
to abrasion.
Bonding is carried out by hand, with cold bonding for the neoprene glue mixed with a hardener. To ensure a total seal, watertight sealing joints cover all bonded sections.
- The opening and closing are effected with metal closures that are watertight and airtight, resistant to a pressure of 1.2 bars and guarantee a seal at depths of up to 10m. It also comes with an additional overpressure valve, so that the depth may be increased.
Before being shipped, each bag is rigorously checked
by an inflation test
using an air compressor.
